Worldwide Delivery

All orders We offer Standard, Economy, Express and Next Day delivery by DHL, Parcelforce, Royal Mail, Evri and Fedex, to the UK and worldwide.

 You will be able to choose suitable for you delivery method in your basket after adding the products you wish to purchase.

 All orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days to UK addresses if not otherwise stated. Delivery time for addresses located within Europe is currently 3-8 business days. Rest of World 6-12 business days.

 If you need your order faster, Express & Next day delivery is available on most products available in our store.

 All items are held in stock at our warehouse in Wiltshire, Melksham, United Kingdom.
 All orders (if not otherwise stated) are dispatched the same working day we receive your order (when order is placed before 2pm).

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties if applicable.

 Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing an order.

Damaged goods

 If your order has been damaged in transit, is faulty or incorrect, please get in touch before returning it to us quoting your order number.

 

Shipping Rules & Limitations

Our carriers deliver every day of the week: Monday through Saturday. 

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses.

Orders are processed and dispatched only on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding UK public holidays.

Delivery timescales depend on the items ordered, your delivery location, and the shipping option selected. During busy sale or promotional periods, deliveries may take longer than usual.

If we encounter any issues processing your order or need to cancel part or all of it, we will notify you as quickly as reasonably possible once the problem has been identified.

Due to logistical challenges in reaching certain remote locations (e.g. Jersey, Guernsey and other offshore territories), we reserve the right to cancel orders to these areas or apply special conditions (such as a minimum order amount).

Shipping is not available to postcodes beginning with GY*, GBA*, GBJ*, JE*, or to the following specific codes: GX11 1AA, AI 2640, ASCN 1ZZ, BBND 1ZZ, BIQQ 1ZZ, FIQQ 1ZZ, PCRN 1ZZ, SIQQ 1ZZ, STHL 1ZZ, TDCU 1ZZ, TKCA 1ZZ.
