Fast UK Dispatch

We are a United Kingdom based retailer, and all orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Melksham, Wiltshire, England. We do not dropship products from overseas warehouses.

We offer a range of delivery options through trusted couriers including DHL, Parcelforce, Royal Mail, Evri and FedEx, with services available throughout the United Kingdom and to many international destinations.

Your preferred delivery method can be selected during checkout after adding your items to your basket.

UK Delivery

Most orders to mainland UK are delivered within 2–3 working days, unless a different delivery time is stated on the product page.

If you need your order sooner, Express and Next Day Delivery are available on many products.

Orders placed after 1:00 pm, at weekends or on UK public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide from our UK warehouse.

Customs & Import Charges

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local handling charges.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please check with your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure whether import charges will apply.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, quoting your order number.

Please contact us before returning any items, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Terms & Limitations

• Deliveries are made by our courier partners Monday to Saturday (service availability may vary depending on location).
• Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
• We are unable to deliver to PO Box or BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses.
• Delivery times may be extended during busy periods such as Christmas, Bank Holidays, promotional events or adverse weather conditions.
• If we experience any issue processing your order, or need to amend or cancel part of it, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

Remote & Offshore Locations

Due to higher courier costs and logistical restrictions, deliveries to certain remote or offshore destinations may be unavailable or subject to additional delivery conditions, including minimum order values or supplementary shipping charges.

• Other UK offshore territories

We are unable to ship to the following postcode areas:
